Working Processes of sheet Metal Fabrication

Step 1. Designing and draw a drawing of the sheet metal part as per the drawings of 2d and 3d you attached .The function is to express the structure of its sheet metal part by drawing.

Step 2. Drawing an unfolding drawing, expanding a complex part into a flat piece.

Step 3. Cutting raw materials. Cutting the structural shape of the flat piece on a plate material, a variety of tools are used to cut raw material. The most common cutting method is shearing .

Step 4.Forming, Forming converts flat sheet metal into 3D parts by applying force without adding or removing material. The processing needs to have folding bed and corresponding mold to complete the operation.

Step 5. Welding. Formed and machined parts are assembled and tack-welded in place, then rechecked for accuracy.
